Hi! I'm Michael Barron. I am a family man and a proud Air Force veteran since 2006. I have years of experience in electrical construction, maintenance and troubleshooting, project management and leadership. I also have a Bachelor's in Information and Computer Science with a focus in Software Engineering and I have a Master's degree in Geographic Information Science.

I am eager to meet new people, discover new technologies and solve problems with web applications and software solutions.

Skills

I am skilled in HTML, CSS and JavaScript. I have experience in spatial analysis, building Python script tools and cartographic workflows using ESRI's ArcGIS Pro and digital image processing workflows using ERDAS Imagine. I am familiar with Java, C++, and SQL, and I have had some exposure to ASP.Net, PHP, and jQuery.

I am certified in CompTIA Security+ and PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP), so I am familiar with network security practices and agile/scrum methodologies.
